Scope of a booking
The form lets you send a request to the chosen eCarService location, specifying the service, vehicle and preferred appointment. A request is not a standalone diagnosis or confirmation of the full repair scope.
Confirming the appointment and price
The appointment, visit scope and any payment are confirmed while the request is being handled. The amount shown next to a service is indicative; the final cost of work depending on the vehicle's condition requires agreement before it is carried out.
Payments and changing the appointment
Online payment is available for selected services, or is being introduced for the full process. Rules on refunds, cancelling a visit and changing the appointment are confirmed at the time of booking.
