Data provided when booking is processed to take steps before entering into a contract, to handle the visit and to communicate with the customer, and where necessary, to fulfil legal obligations or to protect the controller's legitimate interests.
Voluntary provision and rights
Providing the data is voluntary but necessary to handle the booking. The data subject may request access to their data, its rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or portability, may object to processing, and may lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority (UODO).
