When you contact us or make a booking, we may process your name, email address, telephone number, vehicle details, chosen service, appointment date and information provided in the request.
Purpose and retention period
We use the data solely to handle your enquiry or booking, contact you about the visit, process payments, and establish or defend legal claims — for the period necessary for these purposes and required by law.
Cookies and analytics
Necessary cookies support the correct operation of the website. Optional Google Analytics cookies are enabled only after consent, to measure traffic and improve the site. Your consent or refusal is stored in the browser for 180 days; you can change it at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer. Google Analytics may set the _ga and _ga_<identifier> cookies, which by default remain valid for up to 2 years.
